The rules have changed and visa applications must be lodged in person by the applicant. Proxy and Postal applications will not be accepted. We think this situation will prove to be temporary, but at present cannot make applications on your behalf. We can, however, offer a queueing service from 7am allowing the applicant to arrive at 9am (the queue is very long by then). We can also collect the visa when it is ready. Please contact us for details on these services.
