Please note that due to the current situation in Yemen, business visas are only being issued to applicants with an invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

1.  Passport, valid for at least 6 months beyond the expiry date of the visa. The passport shoud NOT have Israeli stamps in it.

2.  One application form. (see below)

3.  One passport size photo taken against a white background.

4. A letter from the applicant's UK employer on their company letterhead stating the applicant's name, purpose of travel and the name of the company in Yemen to be visited. It should specify the number of entries required and state that they will undertake financial responsibility for the applicant. (Click here for a template).

 
 

Due to the unprecedented frequency of changes in rules and regulations caused by the Coronavirus, we strongly advise you to allow extra time for obtaining visas as additional documents might be required at short notice and additional checks could be taking place. Please also be aware that a growing number of countries are placing bans or quarantine on different nationalities, and on anyone who has recently been to certain countries. These restrictions are constantly developing, so please check whether you would be affected with one of our consultants.

Non UK/EU citizens need indefinite leave to remain to stay.
EU and EEA citizens need proof of address in the UK.

Same day service is available if the application for the visa is lodged before 12.00 noon.
Next day service is available if the application for the visa is lodge before 13.00

The above fees are fully inclusive, apart from the cost of returning your documents. Unless specifically requested otherwise in writing we will do so by Royal Mail Special Delivery without ‘consequential loss insurance’. Alternatively, should you wish to take out the ‘consequential loss insurance’ (up to £1000, £2500, £5000, £7500 or £10,000), or to use a different postal service or courier / shipping company altogether, please notify your visa consultant in writing or by email. There is, of course, no charge if the documents are collected from our office.

1. EITHER contact us to request we complete your application form for an additional fee,
OR complete and sign the application form.

2. Gather all the documentation together.

3. Contact us briefly.

4. Send us all the agreed documentation.

Our extensive experience will make sure your application proceeds as swiftly and reliably as possible.


However, should you prefer to apply directly to the Yemen authorities yourself, you can access their website here.

If you are ready to go ahead, it's a good idea to contact us before sending in your papers. This will allow us to confirm any special needs or instructions you may have, including how you would like your passport returned.
