1. Passport valid for a minimum of six months with at least 2 blank pages.

2. Two recent identical passport-size colour photos.

3. Completed application form.

4. An original signed letter from your company in the UK explaining the nature of the business and the duration of the first visit.

5. A signed letter of invitation from an Indian company on their letterhead.

For the same-day service, both letters must explain why the visa is needed so urgently.

For the same-day service, we need your documents by 10am. The passport and visa will be back in our office at 5:30-6pm.

For the 48 hour service we need your documents by 10am in order to apply on the same day. The visa will be ready two working days later at approximately 2pm.

For the 48 hour service only, if the documents arrive after 10am, it may still be possible to apply the same day, but this will incur a supplementary fee.

The Consular fees quoted above include the embassy outsourcing fee.

If either the applicant, or their parents, were born in Pakistan, they will need to provide extra documentation. Please call/email us for the up to date requirements.

The application form has to be filled in online. Before doing so, you will need to have to hand: your passport details, your address including post code in India, the names, addresses including post codes, and phone numbers of two UK-based referees, and the same for two Indian referees (one of these can be the organisation which has invited you, the other can be the hotel you are staying in); your parents’ places of birth.

After clicking through to the form below, please click Create an Online Visa Application. On the next page, there are five questions, please answer:

On the next page, please select Business (unless you are sure you have a Conference invitation, for example) as the type of visa, and 6M for the duration. You can put 1 year, which might be granted, but which can also delay the visa on occasion. For an extra £55, you can apply for a two-year visa, but these are rarely granted and you will still pay the higher fee if you are only given a shorter duration. For any question which does not apply to you, such as Restricted Area, please type NA. For your sponsor, you can use one of your UK referees.

After clicking submit at the end of entering the required information, choose yes or no as to whether you want to enter another application and continue. On the next screen, click "Agree" and continue. On the next screen, it is advisable to make a note of the "Web Reference No". On the next screen, choose "download/print" and the same on the one after that.

Please do not click on Make a Payment, or Schedule an Appointment – we do these for you. Finally, print the form and sign it.

If you are ready to go ahead, again it's best to contact us before sending your papers, just to confirm your needs and any specific instructions such as when and how you expect to receive your passport back.

There's no need to send any money now, we usually take a card number from you after the visa is issued and all is in order.

We come to your home or place of work, bring a camera to do the photos, and complete the form with you. We check all documents while we are there.  We return your passport once everything is ready. The fee for one applicant is £60 plus £10.50 VAT in addition to the fees above. For additional applicants the fee is £25 plus £4.38 VAT.  Please contact us to make an appointment. This service is currently limited to Central London, but please ask for a quote for further afield.
