UK Passport Service

Many countries require a minimum of up to 6 months validity on your passport. If your passport does not comply, or if you simply need a new one, we can renew it for you. We can also apply for a second passport for people who can demonstrate a valid need: eg they are regular travellers, who may need to travel while their existing passport is in a consulate awaiting a visa.

Renewal of passport

We need:

Completed application form – obtainable from post offices or ourselves

Two passport photos

Current passport

Letter of authorisation for us to apply on your behalf

For the Same Day service, letter of authorisation to collect the passport

The letters must authorise our individual courier by name. Please contact us for templates.

Second passport

We need:

As for renewal, plus evidence of the genuine need for a second passport. This would usually be a letter from the applicant’s employer. Please note this service takes a minimum of 7 days.

Replacing a lost, stolen or damaged passport

We need:

Lost or stolen: as for renewal, plus form LS01, Lost or Stolen notification, available from post offices or ourselves

Damaged: as for renewal

The Same Day service is not available for replacing lost, stolen or damaged passports.

Children: (under 16)

We will also need a letter of authorisation from the parents. Please contact us for a template.

The Passport Office operates an appointments system, and the time-scales above will start from the date of the appointment. We are often able to make an appointment within 24 hours, but it will take longer during busy holiday periods.

If you are ready to go ahead, again it's best to contact us before sending your papers, just to confirm your needs and any specific instructions such as when and how you expect to receive your passport back.

There's no need to send any money now, we usually take a card number from you after the passport is issued and all is in order.

VIP Service

We come to your home or place of work, bring a camera to do the photos, and complete the form with you. We check all documents while we are there. We return your passport once everything is ready. The fee for one applicant is £60.00 plus £12.00 VAT in addition to the fees above. For additional applicants the fee is £25.00 plus £5.00 VAT. Please contact us to make an appointment. This service is currently limited to Central London, but please ask for a quote for further afield.

Sorry for all of the questions and requests just going on past experiences when we have used **** and they haven’t returned passports when they said they would so from now on trying to avoid them if we can.
I have checked next year’s event calendar and there are definitely some competitions planned for swimming teams to travel to Russia & China so as soon as I have further details I will be in touch with these.
