1. Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of issuance of visa.

2. Two recent colour passport sized photos taken against a white background, with the name of the applicant written on the back, and attached with a paper clip to the application form.

3. An original letter from the applicant's employer on the company's letterhead. This must include the applicant's name, the purpose of the journey, the name of the organisation to be visited, the number of entries and the duration of the visa being requested. Click here for a template.

Nationals from UK, EU, USA, Canada, Croatia, Georgia, Japan, Norway, Macedonia, Republic of Korea, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine travelling to Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba and Taba resorts ONLY, for a maximum of 14 DAYS, do not require a visa prior to travelling as a free entry permission stamp will be granted upon arrival. If you intend to travel outside of the above mentioned areas you MUST obtain a VISA.

UK residency required for non UK nationals.

The above fees are inclusive of everything except the delivery costs of returning the passport and visa. This will usually be by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or by courier at clients’ request, unless the passport is collected from our office in which case no charge applies.

We come to your home or place of work, bring a camera to do the photos, and complete the form with you. We check all documents while we are there. We return your passport once everything is ready. The fee for one applicant is £60.00 plus £12.00 VAT in addition to the fees above. For additional applicants the fee is £25.00 plus £5.00 VAT. Please contact us to make an appointment. This service is currently limited to Central London, but please ask for a quote for further afield.

I just wanted to share this little gem of service provided by Minder and his team @ Scott’s, they made us come out shining!
My client needed to send their CEO, the international CEO not just the CEO from their UK office, to Saudi this coming Monday…..in true fashion from our clients they missed all the deadlines I set for them (you still have to love them) leaving me with the predicament of trying to obtain a Kuwaiti business visa on Wednesday this week for travel lunchtime Monday… those of you who deal with this route know a visa on average is usually 4/5 days with no scope!
Scott’s aka Minder worked his magic – he took all the documentation late Wednesday afternoon and advised Friday afternoon he will obtain this visa…he assured me he could do this on a special occasion and due to the urgent nature…Not only did he achieve this but the visa came out yesterday… My client is over the moon with the service Scott’s/we have provided and what better way than to get this for the Numero Uno of the company.
Other visa agencies we approached advised it would take 4/5 days!

Sorry for all of the questions and requests just going on past experiences when we have used **** and they haven’t returned passports when they said they would so from now on trying to avoid them if we can.
