France Schengen Visas


01 September 2010: The French Consulate has announced the introduction of "biometric" visas. This will involve all applicants having their fingerprints and photos taken. There is no specific start date yet, but the system is expected to begin in Spring/Summer 2011.

 

 

 

New Consultants


We have recently added three members of staff, Simon Wallace, Smita Shah and Igor Goncharov.

 

They each bring their own extensive experience. Simon started as an immigration official in Australia, Smita is originally from India and can help with Hindi and Gujurati translations, Igor is from Russia and likewise can help with Russian.

 

Indian Visas:

Paper application forms are no longer acceptable and all applications must be made on their online database. Please click one of the links above to find out more.

Indian Business Visas:

March 15 2010, the Indian High Commission has introduced a same-day service.

Indian Tourist Visas:

January 2010:Although tourist visas are usually issued as 6 month multiple-entry, you cannot return to India within 2 months of your previous visit.

Chinese Visas:

June 2010: Applications by French nationals will only be processed after 4 days.

Russian Visas:

Paper forms are no longer acceptable. All applications must now be made on their online database. Click on one of the links above for full details.

French Visas:

March 2010: We are one of the few officially appointed agents of the French Consulate. Applicants in a hurry to obtain a visa for France should use an appointed agent as applications can be made immediately. Those applying directly to the Consulate will have to wait approximately one month for an appointment.
